Staunton, Virginia Bed and Breakfast

UPDATED April 1, 2020

In light of COVID-19, we are required to take the following actions for the safety and comfort of our loyal guests:

  1. March 15, 2020 to September 1, 2020:  The Inn is closed for business and all reservations and event bookings are cancelled during this time period.  We are in the process of issuing refunds.
  2. September 2, 2020 to December 31, 2020: New reservations and event bookings for 2020 and 2021 will be accepted. No advanced room reservation fees will be required during this time.  However, a $1.00 charge will be made to your credit card to help us process the reservation in our system.  Event bookings will still require a 50% deposit.

Thank you all for your understanding.  This plan is subject to change as circumstances dictate.

Good luck, stay safe and we hope to see you all soon!

Nestled in the Shenandoah Valley, the Inn at WestShire Farms (formerly the Inn at Old Virginia) represents the perfect balance of historic grace and modern-day amenities. The peacefulness and charm of our nine rooms and suites are adorned with picturesque rolling hillsides. Upon arrival, you will be immediately greeted with a calming atmosphere that promises relaxation and evokes the comfort of home. Each morning the complimentary gourmet breakfast is served in our English style glass conservatory, which we call the Biltmore.

This Civil War-era property is a secluded inn that offers a peaceful getaway located just minutes from Staunton, Harrisonburg, VA and Interstate 81. The two buildings comprising the Inn - the Windsor House and the Millstone Barn - are both subtly appointed with a blend of antique furniture from the United Kingdom and period-inspired artwork, soothing color palettes and modern accessories including keyless room entry and 75 MBS internet for streaming your favorite flicks and TV series.

In the Windsor House, you will find the Biltmore Conservatory, and a cozy living room featuring a brick fireplace and baby grand piano. Guests can enjoy the surrounding rolling hills and the skyline of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Inn’s landscaped outdoor patios, which are covered in sails and majestic Virginian foliage.

Architecturally designed to preserve its original structural "bones," the pre-Civil War Millstone Barn, contains eight of the Inn's rooms as well as a beautiful common area with vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace and outdoor decks where guests can enjoy rolling views of the Valley.
